Vintage 1990s Lip Service matching black velvet halter top and and low rise flare pants completely covered in shiny silver mirror flocking. Halter has a subtle draped cowl neckline, underbust seaming and low back with adjustable neck ties. Matching low rise fitted pants have hidden inner elastic waist with invisible front zipper.
