Vintage 1990s black & white polka dot skirt & matching crop top set. 

• Stretchy 100% cotton knit with woven polka dot pattern and thin horizontal ribbing (has some stretch!)
• Shirt has rounded neckline, button front closure and flattering curved seams
• Small sewn-in shoulder pads (could easily be removed if desired)
• Long sleeves & cropped fit
• Straight skirt has elastic pull on waist
• Slightly below knee length 
• Unlined
