Retail Team Members, Ballard location - P/T & F/T Opportunities
Retail sales positions working in the Ballard shop 2-5 days a week. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience.
Some retail experience required; vintage and/or apparel retail experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Customer Service
- Self awareness and ability to engage with diverse communities (Lucky is a safe and welcoming space for all people)
- Attentive, friendly, customer-focused personality
- Provide knowledgeable information to customers about what vintage means and about the specific items for sale
- Ability to read customers/body language and adapt customer service approach to individual customers’ needs
Store Operations
- Processing new inventory, steaming clothing
- Keeping the shop floor clean, organized and tidy
- Cash handling, using Square POS
- Maintaining our high standards for presentation of inventory
- Theft management skills
Merchandising & Marketing
- Maintaining visual displays throughout the store
- Creating daily social media posts; staying on top of trends and suggesting new ideas for content
- Assisting with seasonal inventory changes/floor changes
General Skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management, ability to prioritize tasks and self direct on a daily basis
- Good team member with an ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Enthusiasm for continued learning and desire to further deepen existing knowledge of vintage and designer fashion
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably fashion retail
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail
Wants:
- Similar industry experience - vintage, buy-sell-trade or consignment
- Fashion/vintage knowledge including ability to date items, identify fabrics, name common styles
- Knowledge of designer/luxury labels
- Hand sewing skills

Models
We're looking for some fresh faces to model for the website!
No formal modeling experience necessary but you must be comfortable in front of a camera.
We strive for the diversity of our modeling team to represent the diversity of our clients so in order to round out our current group we’re specifically looking for individuals who are at least 5'8" tall & femme size Small, Medium and Large.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable in front of a camera
- Must have weekday availability
- Ability to stand/model for 2-5 hour shoots
- Must be reliable and professional
- Must be comfortable giving and receiving feedback and have good communication skills
- Must be able to commute to our Fremont studio
