Vintage 1980s Victor Costa teal cotton midi length belted dress with large off-the-shoulder puff sleeves.

• Bright blue-green cotton with abstract black, white, red and blue print.
• Wide neckline with elastic off-shoulder sleeves
  
• Huge, dramatic puff sleeves with elastic arm holes (for extra puff!)
• Flattering fitted bodice, nipped waist and gathered full skirt
• Lined in another layer of cotton with attached tulle petticoat
• Small decorative buttons down the front
