Vintage 1970s soft white jersey column fit maxi dress with giant cowl neckline and hand painted with a dramatic bald eagle wrapping around the length of the skirt. Huge cowl neckline can be worn draped off the shoulder or pooled at the back as shown. Fully lined; pulls on, no closures.
