Shipping Policy


Orders ship within 3 business days after receipt of payment. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery), USPS First Class Mail (2-5 day delivery), USPS First Class International (delivery times vary up to 3 weeks) and USPS International Priority Mail (7 day delivery). Please let us know prior to purchase if you would like to upgrade to an expedited shipping method; the fees automatically calculated during checkout are based on the most economical means. Tracking is automatically included for most deliveries; insurance is available upon request. Domestic purchases over $300 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation so you will need to have someone available to sign for the package.

International customers are solely responsible for any Customs or VAT fees associated with their order. The tracking for International First Class packages is unreliable once it leaves the US; if you would like a more reliable tracking service you can upgrade to Priority International - please contact us prior to purchase to arrange for this service. We cannot offer refunds for packages lost in transit that are sent via First Class.

Local Pick Up

Live in the Seattle area? We offer free local pick up as a shipping option at checkout; there is typically a 1-3 day turnaround. The default pick up location is our Ballard shop but if you'd prefer to pick up in the University District just let us know. Same day pick-ups may be possible; contact us if you need your items urgently and we'll do our best to accommodate. Sales tax will be collected whether you pick up in person or have your item shipped if you reside within Washington state.

Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to provide detailed, accurate descriptions, measurements and estimated modern sizes. Please read the description thoroughly prior to purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

We will accept returns for store credit on most items. Items must be shipped back within three business days of initial delivery with tracking. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition of when received. Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only, shipping charges are nonrefundable. A credit code for the purchase price will be issued when the above conditions are met. When redeeming the code, use as you would any other promo code to cover all or part of your exchange order. Refunds are only available when there was a major oversight in the description of an item.


If a return is sent without meeting the above requirements a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Please read the descriptions and view all the photos thoroughly prior to making purchases.

International customers are solely responsible for any Customs or VAT taxes and fees and for taking the appropriate steps to receive their packages. International shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks, if you have not received your package within that timeframe, please contact your local Customs Agency or Postal Office with the tracking number provided to locate your package. More often than not the package is awaiting your pick-up; if it is not picked up within 30 days it may be sent back to us. International packages Returned to Sender for either non-pick-up or insufficient address often take several months to arrive back to us. If you choose not to pay for a 2nd attempt at delivery or do not reply to our requests you will be charged a 50% restocking fee as the purchased items are likely now out of season.
